The meeting was called to order at 7:02pm.

The following Board members were present: Herb Hernandez, Chuck Pringle, Al Rieder, Jim Brawley, Dana Parks and Ron Commons.

III. Visitor Business

A. York Security/Community Watch update

(a) Continued problems with boats and ATVs.

B. Motion to amend covenants with wording regarding utility trailers in advance of annual meeting. Approved.

C. Other

(a) A motion was made and approved to have the lawyer write up language regarding utility trailers that could be voted on at the annual meeting to be included in the covenants.

B. DOT/City street repairs/lighting

(a) Jim Brawley noted that the City approved $100,000 to help NCDOT start street repair work in Harrington Grove.

1. Grounds: Fence painting is underway. / Drainage issues being looked at. / Wakefield to provide proposal for “water-loving trees” in strategic areas along creek.
