HGHOA Board Meeting Minutes - May 25, 2006

I. Open meeting

The meeting was called to order at 7:13pm.

The following Board members were present: Herb Hernandez, Chuck Pringle, Al Rieder, and Ron Commons.

II. Visitor Business

A. York Security/Community Watch update: The York officer gave a security update, followed by an update on Community Watch by Ron Commons. It was noted that April Hutson is the new Chairperson.

1. Social: Discussion on upcoming events.

2. Welcome: Discussion of proposal from the Welcome Committee. The Committee has been talking to areas vendors to get donations for Welcome baskets for new HG homeowners.
