August minutes were approved.

No update

D. Update on Arson Incident Matter

Reward up to $800. People interested in adding to the reward can contact Lt . C.W. Mise at Crime Stoppers:  890-3934.

Suggestion that mail out postcard? Too costly.

Can put something on Web site about reward, etc.

V. New Business

A. Financial Report

Motion to transfer funds approved.

$3K for fence painting. Will likely not use in 2005.

Motion to move funds to Reserve.

B. Annual Meeting: 10/27/05

C. New Legislation Revisions – Planned Community Act

D. Covenant Amendments

Come up with changes and have them voted on at the annual meeting? For example: Trailers, Vinyl siding.

To change requires 60% quoroum at meeting, 735 people

Restrictive covenants - may be amended by instrument signed by 90% of lots. Drops to 75% after 25 years.
