Application for Exterior Design Change
The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is currently comprised of a combination of board members and homeowners.
- ARC meetings will be incorporated into the monthly Board meetings.
- Designated members of the ARC will receive copies of applications and/or comment forms received by Charleston prior to the monthly meetings. A summary of issues to be discussed will be forwarded to other ARC members prior to the monthly meeting via e-mail.
- All applications should be received in Charleston’s office no later than the 15th of the month for review at that month’s board meeting (4th Thursday of the month). Applications received after the 15th may be processed at the following month’s meeting.
- Do NOT begin work until your application is submitted AND you receive approval from Charleston.
