Mailbox Standards.
All new/repaired posts should be painted white, and should be the original style installed by the developer.
Mailboxes should be plain black, size T-2. No decorative accents.
What can I do about barking dogs? First, we recommend that you talk to your neighbor. People may not realize that their dog is frequently barking or that it’s bothering someone. However, if that doesn’t work, you may also call Raleigh Animal Control at 807-5260.
Is vinyl siding allowed? Yes, but it must meet established minimum requirements. As with any exterior changes, you must first submit an ARC application and receive approval before beginning any work.
